When I reference leaks in the damn, I’m speaking specifically to the problem spots in the market. We all know the more leaks in a damn, the more at risk the damn is at failure. Well, recently the leaks in the damn that I have been speaking about are enjoying repairs. One month ago, I would have pegged only 20% to 30% of stocks as “healthy”. Today the number has moved up to approximately 45%. Leaks are being repaired. However, new leaks have sprung. In today’s post, I note what that is and site some good examples of strength which we covered in this week’s Financial Intelligence Training class.
