I am sure you have heard about the merger by now. T-Mobile (Ticker: TMUSWealth Strength IndexTMUS is Moderately Up and trending Up) and Sprint (Ticker: S) are going to merge to become one. However, there has been opposition from day one. From the DoJ and Attorneys General. Even with all of the recent news and class action lawsuits, it looks like the DoJ is willing to approve the merger. Now there are a few things at hand. Most notably selling off certain assets. Amazon, Dish Network and potential Comcast/Charter. Once the assets are sold, we should see the DoJ move quickly to approve this merger and we should see both stocks lift on the news.
