Unfortunately we have been conditioned to accept/settle for Good when Great is available to all of us.
The difference is behavior. Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniack, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Jeff Bezos, and Larry Ellison became Great because of their curiosity, not family wealth. Passion generated the energy to find the answers and shepherd them into practical application.
Changing behavior is simple. Not easy. Transformation requires a high degree of sustained accountability. Your reward will be the power that comes from full assimilation of behaviors driving intuitive / unconscious and accelerating improvement. Significant competitive advantages are gained as decisions move further ahead of price movement.
Imagine how much easier life gets when you stay ahead of the day instead of chasing it. Isn’t the concentrated effort for about 4-6 months’ time worth trading Good for Great!
To start transforming, make a list of the behaviors responsible for your current success. Examine how they were developed. How well you understand them. How they are connected. This will reveal the gaps you need to fill.
Again the process is simple, not easy. Don’t hesitate. Commit to doing the work! Be Great!
