May 12–Six companies that have gone through gener8tor’s intensive 12-week program in Madison will make their final presentations Wednesday night to an audience of entrepreneurs and investors.
–Advocatia, whose platform helps hospitals handle government programs for the uninsured
–Àlacarte, an on-demand, delivery-only kitchen network
–Ease, managing creative projects for businesses
–PlaceMe, leasing furnished bedrooms in shared apartments for graduate students and young professionals
–RankMiner, analyzing call center phone conversations
–TCARE, predictive technology to reduce caregiver burnout
Five of the startups hail from as far as Miami and Boston.
TCARE, or Tailored Caregiver Assessment and Referral, is the only one based in Madison, and gener8tor is not its first business mentorship experience.
TCARE graduated from the Madworks accelerator in Madison last December and was immediately accepted into the PULSE@Mass-Challenge digital health startup accelerator in Boston.
As of January, TCARE had 400 care professionals in 17 states using its program.
